1897 Coupe Rock-a-way built by Sawyer and Chase of Lynn Massachusetts. The rear axle has been replaced with a modern roller bearing one to accommodate Hydraulic brakes. Rubber tires have been added also. Overall length 120”, Width 65”, height 86” . Front wheels 37”, rears 48”. The brass lamps have been electrified but retain the oil tanks and originality. This vehicle was used for a commercial wedding carriage and will fit into the bed of a pickup truck. It is an earlier restoration. Comes with shafts. Front, side and rear windows lower for air flow.
