Kevin Whittmer built, understudy of Vic Raber Horse Drawn Vis`A Vis`Carriage. This carriage has Anderson Coach Lamps that have a constant on and turn signal capability. Includes rear LED blinkers and turn signals.Mr.Whittmer built this carriage in 2003 and it immediately went into service. This carriage has been semi annually maintained. It has a White body, fiberglass seat with Burgundy pinstripe and Burgundy interior. Decoration will be included with totes to decorate the carriage for the festive season. Valentines Day, Wedding White Silk Flowers, white tulle, and Christmas decorations. It does have 2-12 volt batteries that power an inverter for the Holiday lights.
