Very nice antique side spring ladies runabout. Ive done some research, I believe this is what they refer to as a concord buggy. As the springs are to the side, as opposed to front and back. If someone has more information please contact me!Restored approx 30 years ago to museum quality. Hand painted pin striping. Velvet Seats. Has been in covered storage for the last 25 years.
