Has disc brakes, parking brake, hard rubber tires with brass hub extensions on front, reflectors, wheel tool for easy wheel removal. The wedge seat can be moved from right to center and has a sliding seat adjustment. Comes with a pole for pairs and independent shafts for a single. Has been kept inside and has had very little use. I am selling this gorgeous carriage due to health issues.
