British two wheel carriage, built by Stanfield and White of Exeter in the south west of the UK around 1895. Professionally restored in 2016 to the highest standards and unused since. Walnut with lancewood shafts. Shaft height 38.5 inches, between shafts 28.5 inches. Fit 15-16 hands horse. Known in England as a dog cart because of a compartment under the seat for dogs whilst out hunting. Stored indoors in a temperature controlled environment. Carriage is in the south west of the UK.
