Andy is the perfect beginner’s horse under saddle or in harness. He is safe and quiet enough for a beginner but is talented enough for an intermediate, so he can change as the rider/driver improves. Has been ridden by a beginners and intermediates in local horse shows, in the 4H drill team and on trails. He drives single, double, in a 4 up and as lead horse in a unicorn hitch. We have used him to give driving lessons. He was a pony ride pony for our business because we could trust him to handle the excitement typical of events with children. He stands quietly for vet and farrier, loads and travels well, is sound and healthy. Andy has a drop-dead gorgeous mane and tail and is built like a tank. Although he is only 13.2 he easily carries an adult. Andy is a kind, sweet horse always looking for a rub and some attention.
